To identify theaters that are making an effort to create safe working environments for BIPOC and marginalized groups, provide resources and opportunities for them to succeed, and encourage transparency within DFW theater leadership.
- Open dialogue between theater management and BIPOC theater participants (e.g. actors, technicians, directors, designers, etc.)
- Foster a sense of unity, trust, and transparency within the DFW theater community
- Increase BIPOC turnout at auditions
